The Green Man has an always-on, broadband net connection for you to use!
We have one public computer in the main bar which you can rent. You can
use this computer to surf the web, do email (there's even a
pub.guest@eversholt.net account!) and play some very cool games. Ask at
the bar for the keyboard and mouse. The charge is £1 for each 15
minutes.
The
Green Man Hotspot
If you have your own laptop with wi-fi, you can access the net for FREE
at the Green Man. There's a wi-fi transmitter permanently running on
our broadband connection. No need to ask, just connect! The wi-fi
signal covers all the pub buildings and most of the garden. There's no
encryption and the SSID is "greenman".
Feel free to plug your laptop into any AC outlet you can find, but
please make sure any trailing lead isn't a safety hazard to trip others
up.
